On the occasion of the presentation of the informal summary report of the 2023 ocean and climate dialogue at the COP28 Opening Plenary, the co-facilitators, Mr. Julio Cordano and Mr. Niall O’Dea will convene an informal meeting to engage with the Parties and observers on possible outcomes for the ocean at COP28.
